Upon receipt of your request, Companion Travel team will check and inform you about the availability. Your booking is considered confirmed when we receive your acknowledgement.
Vouchers will be issued to you after we receive your confirmation and/or your deposit/payment.
In some cases, to hold your reservation, hotels will require your credit card details or guarantee. We will email you a credit card authorization form. To validate the guarantee, you will have to fill the form with all required details and return to us by fax or email.
Please refer to "How we work" for information of credit card guarantee.
Tour booking: you are required to remit a deposit of at least 50% of the total tour price before the tour be processed.
Hotel reservations: in case your hotel reservation requires guarantee, you may opt to send a deposit as an alternative to furnishing your credit card details.
Payment can be made by the following accepted methods: cash, credit card, wire transfer, telegraphic transfer, travelers cheques or combination. Except for cash payment, bank fee charge may apply (any bank charge must be borne by customers).
In the event of cancellation, Companion travel company will not impose any charges, as we strive to provide the best service and experience to our customers. However, if hotels or transportation contractors apply charges for cancellation, you will have to pay those charges that apply. Cancellation policies vary, depending upon the type of service, the time of year, and the reason for cancellation. We will pass on to you all details of any cancellation policy with our reply upon demand.
Refunds, and their method will be effected as agreed between you and Companion travel company for unused services, and timely cancellations. Again, we will not charge you any amount for our work, however bank fees, if applicable, will be for your account.
